• Prepare the daily mise-en-place and food production • Requisition for raw materials and monitor ingredients for quality control purposes. • Maintain HACCP standards for dry and cold storage, and clean and tidy kitchen and utensils. • Deliver high quality products to every guest. • Suggest creative ideas to enhance the kitchen’s image and offering. • Encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way and multicultural communications. • Follow health and safety standards and strive for constant improvement to avoid health and injury hazards. • Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and company standards at all times. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Secondary school or equivalent; • Basic working experience in restaurant or hotel • Ability to communicate in English & Chinese is an advantage. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Able to work on shifts and be flexible regarding work schedules according to business demand. • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time while performing duties. • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task.
