1-Produce Design Concepts/artwork, bringing the brief and concept to life based on the customer’s value and company’s vision/mission. 2- Provide timely updates on results and activities base on task or project plan as deadline set. 3- Supports all BU and FU in graphic design for annual strategic plan and implementation. 4- Photo shooting for company event/activities if required or outsource photographer to fill up this scope of work. 5- Coordinate with Corporate Marketing Specialist and outside vendors for printing marketing-related material. 6- Making sure artwork is correct in the right format/sizes/colour codes before being sent to press and production facilities. 7- Creation, update and maintenance of company brochures, presentation material with support from BU/FU leads 8- Providing support for exhibitions (artwork design, photo shooting, others as requested) 9- Organize working folders in SharePoint/ common drive share-CAM folder, by following file name format 10- To perform other related tasks as assigned by management.
