▪ Define HR strategies, policies and interventions according to business challenges to help company achieve business goals. ▪ Design and review organization structure to ensure the alignment with business strategies and requirements. ▪ Manage all recruitment processes for full time employees (Job Post Onboarding) and coordinate with outsource vendor for recruitment processes for fixed contract employees. ▪ Maintain all employee s data and ensure their accuracy and up to date. ▪ Prepare HR Monthly Dashboard and submit to JWD Group VP HR. ▪ Prepare monthly payroll data and send to Finance team for payment process. ▪ Manage employee s payroll, leave, income tax, NSSF contribution, employee s insurance and other related compensation and benefits tasks according to the Labour Law and Company Policy. ▪ Manage all HRD tasks ( i., e defines competencies, define yearly training/development plan for employees, arrange in house training or recommend public training for employees and implement Individual Development Plan.) ▪ Manage Performance Management System, including Goal Setting, Progress Review, and Year End Evaluation. ▪ Manage Employee Relation Tasks (i .e., employee outing and CRS activities and etc.) ▪ Conduct employee engagement survey and/ or focus group and define engagement activities to improve employee engagement and company s productivity. ▪ Conduct exit interview and prepare monthly exit interview report. ▪ Manage all employees tasks which are related to Labor an d Safety Law & Regulation ▪ Conduct exit interview and prepare monthly exit interview report. ▪ Manage all employees’ tasks which are related to Labor and Safety Law & Regulation.

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related field. • At least 5 years HR experiences with 3 years in HR Manager position. • Have HRD work experiences in Logistics Company based in Cambodia and/or any other ASE AN countries would be preferable. • Excellent Analytical skills, interpersonal skills at all levels, including people management, leadership and both written and spoken communication skills.
