Essential Description: - Responsible for developing and designing internal relevant projects. - Developing concept design into construction drawing. - Producing 2D drawing and modeling 3D from concept to construction drawing. - Good at surveying - Providing design direction to 3D modeling and rending base on client requirement - Preparing a presentation to client with sale team. - Quality assurance of interior design models before client delivery - Monitor and cross check for all external project drawing designs. - Site inspection (checking and correcting) during construction and progress reports. - Provide technical solution when problems occur during construction progress. - Work directly with line managers as well as top management. - Ensure project deadline is met. - Understanding technical drawing and explain to installation team. - Measure and check the site - Deal with rendering the image for the boss to consider and to do other tasks related - delivering projects success, as measures in client satisfaction, design excellence, work quality, profitability and provide design direction and mentorship to team
