- Control stock in & out such as staff’s uniform, alcohol, surgical mask, stationery etc. - Clear all payment such as transportation fee, Customs clearance fee, payment of resin, payment DHL, water fee, electric fee etc. - Find supplier if need to purchasing something - Work with supplier for purchasing and check with production planning before purchase new material - Work with supplier for all import from oversea - Purchasing all items when production team, QC team, sales team, finance team and GA team if they need to buy something - Manage security working condition and working environment. - Manage and control the Car Maintenance/ Generator/cleaning air con, water, electric, lamp, ceiling… - Well manage and arrangement about office document (Building Contract, Copy Machine…) - General Affairs (Secondary job): - General arrangements of company operation (ex. meetings, seminars etc.) - Office management (ex. purchasing stationaries, uniforms, name cards etc.) - Arrange miscellaneous registration required under the law of Cambodia

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration/ Human Resource or related field. • At least 2 years plus working experience • Understanding and knowledge skills of General Affair • Good communication skills both written/spoken in English, high ability to influence • Highly analytical and problem-solving ability • Ability to work under pressure, independently and in a team • Working knowledge of computer applications –power point/excel/word • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills. • Other duties as assigned by the Management.
