Main duties: ·Review and update documented procedures to ensure implementation and compliance. ·Maintain quality check records as per SOP. ·Conduct regular process audits to ensure that quality procedures be complied by manufacturing teams. ·Conduct annually internal audit as per ISO requirements. ·Maintain quality test facility and measuring equipment for product testing. ·Maintenance of plant calibration system for all QA measuring equipment. ·Compile daily, weekly and monthly quality reports on materials, in-process and finished products. ·Coordinate plant statistical process control program and compile process capability reports (CPK) ·Other tasks assigned by the manager.
