- Manage the day to day operations of Telesales agents for particular market. - Drive sales through leadership, coaching and development of the Telesales agents. - Assist in implementation and execution of new processes. - Develop and execute telemarketing or sales strategy to optimize and maximize contacts to drive sales. - Prepare, evaluate and manage day to day operations using data, reports and tools to maximize performance result such as number of calls made, call duration, conversion rate. - Lead the Telesales team to achieve sales target. - Provide requirements to CRM, communication and customer management system. - Handle escalations with sense of urgency. - Collaboration with various departments to ensure process and system alignment.
