I. PURPOSE OF THE JOB • Manage Show Room after sales service • Manage team services to settle problem on time and efficiency • Support dealers in term of sales expect II. MAIN DUTIES • Oversee operations in 3W/2W service unit to ensure compliance with quality Standards • Oversee the inspection of all vehicle and fix faulty components a long with facilitation of process for repairs • Supervise the activities of automotive service technicians to ensure efficient job performance and timely repairs • Oversee the hiring and training of an effective service team • Monitor inventory to regulate and ensure availability of required vehicle parts • Evaluate the performance of automotive service staff in order to acknowledge efficient employees and guide under performing ones • Listen to client complaints and assist in addressing their issues and resolving challenges • Assign and schedule work duties to vehicle service staff according to their mechanics skills ensure complete customer satisfaction • Responsible for part warranty and claim. • Oversea and improving the warranty policy or service policy. • Manage all equipment for service • Do as leader and staff management. • Other task assigned by superior

• Must have a bachelor’s degree mechanic, or relevant fields. • Minimum 5 years experiences in automotive industry • Experiences in automobile after sale services related. • Able to use English as well • Passionate about automobile and assembly. • Good communication skills as well. • Computer, Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet & email • Analyze and come up with solutions when repairing and maintaining vehicles. • Can open to travel to support all dealers • Can able to manage the team of mechanics and advisors (team experience is mandatory) • Can train new mechanics
