- Develop product policy for deposits, remittances, related operational rules and review other Personal Banking products at regular intervals. - Develop and implement marketing and promotion strategy for deposits, remittances and other related Personal Banking products. - Review personal banking account opening policy and risk control measures. - Assist in establishing review and control measures for Personal Banking products and collate findings for reporting into internal compliance department. - Analyze product data and devise local strategy with sub-branches for business growth and operational streamlining. - Establish and develop training and communication protocol to front-line staff members on full suite of Personal Banking products. - Communicate and negotiate with other group entities on new product proposal and product enhancements. Seek advice on dispensation as and when needed.

- A bachelor degree or above. - At least 2 years of working experience in personal banking business. - Good understanding in personal banking system and relevant regulatory rules and procedures. - Solid experience in problem solving, negotiation and lateral thinking. - Strong command of English and Chinese written and verbal communication skills.
