• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients. • Cultivate new sales leads to establish business. • Responsible for securing and maintaining new business. • Provide quotes for current and prospective clients. • Perform analytical and logistics planning. • Proactively identify problems and implement effective solutions. • Provide follow-up customer satisfaction with clients as needed. • Work closely with Head of Operations to ensure customer requirements be met. • Oversee and develop Sales team.

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Logistics/ or related field. • At least 5 years’ experiences in logistics or freight forwarding sector with 3 years in Sales Manager position • Work experiences in Logistics Company based in Cambodia and/or any other ASEAN countries would be preferable. • Excellent Negotiation Skills, interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management, leadership and both written and spoken communication skills.
