. Manage purchasing orders for incoming goods (Internal and Supplier) . Verify invoice and confirm purchase contents and orders are complete . Ensure supplied stocks meet demand . Prevent overstocking and ordering . Keep track of inventory and supplies that need restocking . Create and maintain a detailed inventory list of all incoming, outgoing, and current supplies . Prepare inventory for deliveries and shipping . Track and ensure deliveries are received . Compile reports inventory and supply balances . Make note of damaged inventory . Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data related with stock . Closing report weekly and month (management report)

- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field a plus - No or One (1) years’ experience as a stock controller, receiver, or related position - Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) - knowledge verbal and written communication skills Khmer and English - Able to work night, weekends, extended hours, and holidays - Accurate and precise attention to detail - Able to analyze problems and strategist for better solutions - Good interpersonal skills to work with management and staff at all levels - Understanding FIFO methods - Willing to learn new things - Work as a team
