-Customer support and documentation -Handle import and export customer service and documentation -Handle email and other communication with customer, local and oversea agent/partner -Record detail of inquiries, comments and complaint -Filling and submission of documents to any related department -Calculate, account and provide information about the shipment statistics; weight, destination, quantity, type, charge…etc. -Perform material handling, receive and deliver to the desired routing, processing, recipient or any other concerned party. -Arrange, coordinate, and follow up with trucking and other related transportation from ports to the client’s warehouse. -Follows procedures of reporting on performance, budgets and other reports required from time to time to the Direct Manager -Other tasks as assigned by supervisor * Other duties: •Participate in the day to day work of the company: reporting, attending team meetings as required, and supporting in other tasks as immediately required by other department
