A. Main Responsibilities - Assist users at the circulation and reserve desk, i.e. check in & check out library materials/books. - Providing library and information services, i.e. basic search and reference services. - Service users in finding resources and location of materials/books. - Collecting statistics on library use, i.e. users transactions, material checkouts, etc. - Resources & Logistics controller: manage logistics and resources (withdrawn, verify stocks, and make report) - Send out overdue notices to borrowers via email, sms and phone call. - Supervise the cataloging and physical processing of new materials.

B. Requirements - A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject - Good computer skills - No experience in library field needed (can be trained) - Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently - Conscientiousness in work performance and meeting deadlines. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Flexibility to deal with ever-changing situation SALARY & BENEFITS FOR REGULAR STAFF: Salary is competitive.
