Key Responsibilities: • Alignment of technical skill development program with SC department and BIG • Establish skill capability matrix for individual in SC • Perform initial skill assessment • Identify skill gap vs. require job profile • Identify routine training program and tailored made one • Maintenance & equip full scale of Technical training room • Coordinate training program

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Food Science or Technology • Diploma in Human Resource Management, Major in organization development • Minimum 2 years’ experience in production/Engineering/SHEQ • Experience in handling technical training program within manufacturing industry • Computer literacy especially in MS Word, Excel, Outlook • Able to use English as second language for communication • Proven experience in technical field of mechanical or electrical • Understand business process within supply chain
