** Overview of Key Duties The Mall Company is recruiting a Technical Supervisor who is able to lead a technical team to maintain and improve the site and building at a Community Mall. The Technical Supervisor shall be responsible for the upkeep of all the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire safety equipment at the Mall. The Technical Supervisor shall supervise a team of 2 – 3 technicians / handymen and oversee the preventative maintenance of equipment as well as site improvements. ** Role and Responsibilities: The Technical Supervisor shall have the following key duties: - Work closely with contractors/suppliers to fix, repair and make improvements as needed. - Reactive and Preventative Maintenance. Be responsible for the upkeep of all the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire safety equipment at the Mall. - Inspections of the condition of property and equipment. - Working with tenants and their fit-out contractors to ensure safe fit-out works within the retail stores. - Ensuring tenants follow fit-out guide rules and regulations. - Monitoring fit-out works, ensuring safety, approving drawings and agreeing approved works, supported by the Mall Manager and Head Office. - Be part of a team implementing and executing security, emergency and risk management plans for the retail centre including emergency evacuation and fire drills. - Manage a team providing day-to-day technical management. - Supervise, monitor and guide the technical team. - Ensure all equipment at the mall operates efficiently including, fire safety systems, plumbing, transformers and more. - Support the property management team and follow-up on any outstanding issues relating to any facility or operation disruption. - Comply with purchase order, record and inventory management procedures. - Look for ways to reduce electricity costs where possible. - Maintain good public relations with clients, owners and tenants of the property. - Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Mall Manager or Managing Director ** Salary: Attractive salary and benefits based upon skill, ability and experience.

- Male or female, minimum 30 years old - Technical qualification in engineering, mechanical or electrical or related fields - Experience working with the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire equipment - Good organizational, planning and reporting skills - Able to lead a team - Computer skills AutoCad, Microsoft Word and Excel - Good communication skills - Khmer Language with English as an advantage
