• Role as an focal point of HSE contact between Retail and consumer engineering and HSEQ Department. It means to report and to analysis with proposed action for all the events such as deviation, near miss and any accidents. Ensure the safety is the 1st priority. • Work closely with Safety Leader and HSEQ department to raise the safety level at the service station and consumer sites. • Take into account the responsibility of Health, Safety and Environment (HSEQ), HSE inspection, reporting and following up including the action plan has to be planned systematically. Also coordinate with outside people, authorities, government to enhance Technical and HSE program correspondent to the law requirement. • Follows through the various HSEQ, Security actions Items from audits, inspections, visits and accident investigation and the various HSEQ, security & all the recommendation actions Items within Retail/Consumer engineering. • Manage the preventive and curative Maintenance/Emergency Breakdowns for all Service Stations & Consumer Sites. • Ensures compliance to TOTAL Standards, Procedures and local Regulations in an efficient and cost effective way. • Guides Contractor/Dealer and Supervise/follow-up the work to ensure HSEQ & Invariants are complied. • Coordination between Internal Departments (Retail, Consumer, Purchasing, Finance) and External (Officials, Contractors, Dealers, Engineering Companies, Consultants, etc.) related to maintenance works, regulatory controls, contract renewal...etc. • Maintenance KPI such as HSEQ, Contract, Budget Follow Up, Respond time, Less Breakdown time, customer satisfaction, Invariants, regulatory control, preventive maintenance plan for critical equipment, signage cleaning...etc • Reports to Engineering Manager regularly the Status of Maintenance and project and ensure within Time, Scope, Budget • Ensures proper Documentation, procedure of Maintenance works and fully utilize of Daisy System within Retail/Consumer Eng. • Do other tasks which assigned by Engineering Manager retail/consumer.

• Educational background: Certificate of any Engineering Degree preferably with at Least 3-Year Experience • Skills: Good knowledge about petroleum industry, technical equipment, safety requirement and Project Management. • Language: Good Written and Oral English Communication Skills & in MS Office, Auto CAD, MS Project.
