Jobs Description

- Setup and analyze internal operations to identify areas of process enhancement - Develop actionable business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the CEO or Board of Directors - Directly oversee operations and work with the CEO to achieve growth targets over the near term - Aggressively manage capital investment and expenses to ensure the company achieves company targets relative to growth and profitability - Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting - Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders - Empower the operational team with the leadership and resources they need to successfully complete operations initiative - Work with the human resources department to develop and implement staffing programs to attract the best applicants and improve employee retention - Oversee Technical Support Team or Special Force Team to achieve their goals - Work closely with senior management team to create, implement and roll out plans for operational processes, internal infrastructures, reporting systems and company policies all designed to foster growth, profitably and efficiencies within the company. - Forge strategic partnerships and relationships with clients, vendors, banks, investors and all other professional business relationships. - Foster a growth oriented, positive and encouraging environment while keeping employees and management accountable to company policies, procedures and guidelines. - Oversee all branch operations and work directly with Branch Managers to ensure business operations are smooth, standardized and profitable. - Oversee development of new internal branch or franchise expansions - Ensure the development of new products or services to keep up with market advancement and implement at all branch outlets - Keep updated on market and competitor research - Defines an Operations strategy that is in line with the vision and the business strategy of the Country. - Ensures that the Operations strategy is broken down into Regional goals and Site level goals - Builds the yearly budget and financial plans for the Operations Department. - Ensures that customer satisfaction- is assessed with necessary improvement actions taken. - Ensures the monitoring of the sites’ quality performance using internal audits. Ensures the implementation of the related action plans. - Ensures that business continuity risks are identified and business continuity plans are implemented on sites. In case business continuity is disrupted, approves actions according to validation rules. - Ensures that the Operations department collaborates effectively with other departments. - Ensures that there are valid procedures in place in Operations and that Operations team members adhere them. Ensure that group Operations standards are continuously adapted. - Reports to CEO & Group management using standardized reporting. Performs other duties assigned by the CEO - Continuously manages Operations performance: sets financial, customer satisfaction and operational performance goals for the Regions and Sites. Leads at least monthly reviews to monitor actual progress / performance of the set goals. - Ensures that actions are defined on these reviews so performance stays on target. - Ensures integration & development of Regional Managers by internal / external trainings & by personal coaching and mentoring. - Recommends to the CEO / decides about the recruiting / progression / removal of Operations team members. - Ensures that performance assessments are completed in the Operations Department.
