* Technical Support Responsibilities - Design & conduct customized training programs using combination of theory & hands-on training and introduce continuous improvement in the same - Equip students with the necessary knowledge to manufacture vehicles, diagnose & repair real automotive problems - Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs - Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices - Create and maintain a positive and professional interactive learning environment - Integrate learning from customers, competitors, other industries, industry groups, and professional training to continuously improve program quality - Apply and maintains standards of quality operating methods, processes, systems, and procedures and implements changes as necessary to maintain a successful automotive program Implements and evaluates standardized instructional practices * Quality Control Responsibilities - Determine, negotiate and agree on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications - Assess customer requirements and ensuring that these are met - Set customers service standards - Specify and set standards for quality and safety - Ensure that all garage operation processes comply with standards at both national and international level - Work with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures - Provide management and technical reports and customers charters - Determine training needs, oversee process, - Act as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality - Direct objectives to maximize profitability - Record, analyze and distribute statistical information - Monitor performance - Perform other ad hoc tasks as required by Management
