- Determine annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for branches, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products, analyzing trends and results, establishing pricing strategies, recommending service selling prices, monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand - Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans - Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses, forecasting projected business, establishing targeted market share - Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities, improving product and service packaging, coordinating new product development - Day to day management of the sales team ensuring they are on track for achieving KPI’s - Set sales and marketing KPI’s to manage activity within the team - Work with sales executives on approaches to building the business - Train sales team on sales techniques and giving advice - Perform managing underperforming members of the sales team - Oversee all marketing activities and ensuring it fits with the marketing strategy - Research potential target industries and customers - Put together a content marketing strategy for the company & build company brand - Perform other ad hoc tasks required by Management

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field At least 7 years’ experience in sales, marketing or related field - Strong communication and coaching skills - Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task - Excellent organizational skills - Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty - Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint -Ability to work under pressure
