- To be responsible for the efficient management and execution of logistics strategy and operations to deliver operations excellence in supporting the company business objectives - To ensure Planning, Warehousing and Distribution tasks are well plan and coordinated to support the operations - To ensure the materials are supplied on time with the appropriate quality and in the accurate quantity to support the brewery and assure the prompt delivery of finished products to distributors and customers - To execute all logistics activities according to plan, monitor variations and react in a timely and effective way - To lead the organization to incorporate customer needs and commercial strategy within logistics processes and decisions - To be responsible for manpower development in their area of responsibility; providing training, coaching, and developing the logistics team in the execution of the warehousing and transportation strategies - To ensure Safety, Health and Quality is maintained in accordance to the Policy by conducting regular audit. - To report logistics performance and improvements in a clear and comprehensive way to support decision-making - To be e responsible for the planning and executing the budget of the logistics department in cooperation with Finance, and ensuring adherence to budgets. - To manage and monitor the execution of the contracts with LSPs to guarantee the required level of service and cost, in line with the defined logistics strategy
