- Prepare analysis of projects to include life cycle cost, materials and equipment selection. - Manage project issues, budgets, and schedules. - Coordinate the activities of the design and construction teams. - Total control over the execution of the project schedule and budget, monitoring the progress of the construction plans, timing and quality of construction work, as well as quality of materials, products, design approved project estimates, construction rules and regulations, standards, specifications, environmental and safety standards. - Conformance evaluation of approved design estimates to actual costs of construction work, procurement of materials and equipment. - Inspection of construction sites: verification of construction work, volume, cost compliance, quality control and analysis. - Technical acceptance of executed work and executing of all necessary documentation. - Planning and design solutions that reduce cost and improve technical and economic performance of construction projects. - Participation in the review, control and approval of design changes made during the construction process, operational decisions in the replacement of materials, specification products, structures (without reducing the quality of construction projects); - Accounting of completed construction work and preparing  the necessary data. - Organizing of scheduled meetings on project work. - Development and adaptation of construction planning , execution  and monitoring systems - Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies and works closely with purchase team - Other task assign by General Manager
