Job Summary / Scope • Be part of a team tasked with tending to the hotel facilities with great care, integrity, and attention to detail; • Be committed to quality and able to work independently with little supervision; • Perform all necessary cleaning activities such as dusting, sweeping, trash removal, mopping, and polishing and change bed linen and make beds; • Report any damages, shortcomings, and disturbances to Senior Housekeeping Officer. Detailed Job Description 1. Clean the assigned guest rooms and other arear of the hotel, e.g., elevators and lobby; 2. Replace bad linen and towels and refill guest amenities when required; 3. Perform guest turndown service when requested; 4. Collect lost and found items and notify Senior Housekeeping Supervisor in order to return them to the guests in a timely manner; 5. Assess and answer to guests and customers’ questions and inquiries, when necessary; 6. Ensure maximum customer satisfaction of VIP guests by responding to their requests in a timely, welcoming and efficient manner; 7. Support and assist the laundry team by delivering the guests’ laundry to the team and returning them back after they have been cleaned; 8. Comply with the hotel’s best practices and policies as well as follow any applicable sanitation or safety standard. Essential Requirements • Presentable • Excellent customer care • Reliable

Min.
