Job Summary / Scope • Ensure all public areas are clean and maintain a positive overall impression of the hotel in accordance with the hotel’s procedures and standards; • Provide assistance to guest requests or concerns, may require escalation to management; • Check and report items which are damaged or in need of maintenance. Detailed Job Description 1. Perform general cleaning duties in public areas (i.e., wipe down stairwells, maintain all ash urns, clean candle glass), and general dusting of public areas; 2. Ensure all glass doors are cleaned and maintained, and responsible for cleaning lobby fountain, phone dividers; 3. Assist in maintaining a safe work environment for all team members and guests through visual inspection of common area(s) during shift; 4. Report all maintenance deficiencies in common area(s) the senior housekeeping office to communicate with the maintenance department; 5. Maintain daily log of duties performed during the course of each shift; 6. Complete all required Company trainings and compliance courses as assigned; 7. Perform other tasks as required. Min.
