* Job Summary / Scope • Monitor and manage the hotel’s overall budget; • Responsible for processing payroll in a timely manner so the hotel staff can be paid appropriately; • Track employee expenses through expense claims and company credit card purchase; • Responsible for creating and presenting reports on overall finances of the hotel; • Perform audits on overall hotel operations, including cash registers, credit card statements and banking accounts. * Detailed Job Description - Prepare and review monthly account reconciliations of all balance sheet account; - Ensure all revenues and expenditures are correctly recorded with sufficient supporting documentations; - Ensure appropriate financial policies and processes are in place and reviewed regularly, in accordance with donor requirements and authorization level; - Provide training across the organization on these policies and processes including induction training for new team members; - Prepare and submit all month end reporting requirements for review and approval to the management team by the reporting deadline; - Work with suppliers to negotiate contracts for the purchase of required goods and keep accurate records of transactions trends; - Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information; - Perform other tasks as required. * Essential Requirements • Presentable • Excellent on communication skills • Excellent ability of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, POS, QuickBooks and software

Jobs Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant field; • Minimum 2 years of accounting and/or financial management; • Excellent English communication skill (Written & Verbal); • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, POS, QuickBooks and software; • Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and public holidays subject to rota.
