* Job Summary / Scope • Prepare and sell coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks; • Generates revenues by attracting new customers; defining new and expanded services and products; • Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining supplies, pastries, and cookies for coffee bar; • Assist and support F&B operation when necessary. Detailed Job Description 1. Welcomes customers by determining their coffee interests and needs; 2. Educates customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu; answering questions; 3. Prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks and other soft drinks; 4. Generates revenues by attracting new customers; defining new and expanded services and products; 5. Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining supplies, pastries, and cookies for the bar 6. Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs; 7. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading coffee, retail trade, and food service publications; maintaining personal networks; 8. Other tasks assigned by Senior F&B Officer; 9. Be on call in case of emergencies. * Essential Requirements • Presentable • Excellent Customer Care • Excellent ability of telephone, office and point-of-sale (POS) software
