* Job Summary / Scope • Work with Senior F&B to produce diversified manus in accordance with the restaurant’s policy and vision; • Help in the design of food and drink menu; • Produce high quality dishes that follow up the established menu and level up to location’s standards, as well as to clients’ requirements • Assist and support F&B operation when necessary. * Detailed Job Description 1. Work with Senior F&B to produce diversified manus in accordance with the restaurant’s policy and vision; 2. Come up with new dishes which appeal to the clients, whenever required; 3. Produce high quality dishes that follow up the established menu and level up to location’s standards, as well as to clients’ requirements; 4. Maintain order and discipline in the kitchen during working hours; 5. Provide support to junior kitchen employees with various tasks including line cooking, food preparation, and dish plating; 6. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area; 7.Other tasks assigned by Senior F&B Officer; 8. Be on call in case of emergencies. Essential Requirements • Presentable • Excellent Customer Care • Excellent ability of telephone, office and point-of-sale (POS) software

• High School Diploma or equivalent; • Proven work experience as a Chef or Cook; • Advanced knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures; • Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and provide solutions; • Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays subject to rota and a willingness to extend of change hours and days of work from time to time upon request and subject to operational requirements.
