* Job Summary / Scope • Ensure that all laundry services for the hotel guests is done as per the standard policies and is met on time; • Ensure the washing of linen is up to standard before placing into inventory; • Report any damages, shortcomings, and disturbances to Senior Housekeeping Officer; • Work closely with housekeeping to ensure proper inventory levels are supplied to the floors in a timely and efficient manner * Detailed Job Description 1. Organize and maintain laundry operations on a daily basis to meet demand in a timely; 2. Sort and separate linen needing special attention; 3. Wash, dry and fold all linen suing best standard practices; 4. Regularly process stained lien and return to inventory; 5. Ensure all equipment is maintained in good working order in order to maximize efficiency; 6. Report any maintenance issues to Senior Housekeeping Officer 7. Maintain a clean and safe laundry area at all times; 8. Conduct daily cleaning of all laundry machines; 9. Provide a weekly & monthly chemical inventory to Senior Housekeeping Supervisor; 10. Assist in monthly inventory count including discarded items. * Essential Requirements • Presentable • Excellent customer care • Reliable
