* Job Summary / Scope • Present menu, answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage; • Deliver food and beverages to any table as needed; • Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses; • Assist and support F&B operation when necessary. Detailed Job Description 1. Ensure customers feel important and welcome in the restaurant; 2. Ensure hot food is hot and cold food is cold; 3. Present menu, answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage; 4. Apply positive suggestive sales approach to guide customers; 5. Deliver checks and collect bill payments; 6. Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software, order slips or by memorization; 7. Deliver food and beverages to any table as needed; 8. Make suggestions based on their preferences; 9. Other tasks assigned by Senior F&B Officer; 10. Be on call in case of emergencies. * Essential Requirements • Presentable • Excellent Customer Care • Excellent ability of telephone, office and point-of-sale (POS) software

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred; • At least one-year experience as a customer service or a food server within a restaurant or hotel; • Good E nglish communication skill (Written & Verbal); • Familiarity with telephone, office and point-of-sale (POS) software; • Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays subject to rota and a willingness to extend of change hours and days of work from time to time upon request and subject to operational requirements.
