• Resolving customer complain and queries • Key contact for all communications with the brand principal • Hold staff meeting regularly to do a review on the business performance • Prepare and control store budget as to optimise profit & minimize expenses • New product guideline and collection launch implementation • Work with HR department on staff issue (e.g salary, resignation) and recruitment • Execute retail strategies and seek out new opportunities for the business to grow further • Store facility and maintenance • Gather and prepare monthly report from all stores for retail manger and director review • Carry out performance evaluation of managers and supervisors • Work closely with all key departments to ensure sales goal are met • Ensuring company research and market trends on periodic basis • Work with store managers, supervisors ensuring the retail team deliver exceptional customers service • Competitors update and analysis • Prepare business sales plan and OTB • Prepare sales promotion plan together with marketing team

- Bachelor degree in equivalent - At least 2-3 year experience with designing and branding - Proficient in designing software including Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, IIIustrator and other designing software - Fluency in Khmer and English - Ability to keep ordered and systematic records, especially be able to work as a team. - Honest and excellent character with high commitment to work with and help poor people. - Problem solving and complain management skill
