Responsibilities: - Customer service: Lead by example by setting the bar for all staff members to meet the needs of members and guests - Resource management: Coordinate appropriate resources and materials for events, workshop, fairs and programs - Manage schedules: oversee events, programs, lessons, and safety inspections - Staff management: including hiring, coaching, training, evaluation, termination - Daily interaction with members and staff to survey for future business needs - Manage updates on social network platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.. etc.) and maintain customer and email database - Drive group sales and corporate packages (order food and supplies, ensure quality) - Ensure completion and accuracy of payroll administration in a timely manner and submit payroll reports - Prepare financial reports, complete bank deposits and manage budgets - Provide weekly reports to Directors - Maintain company policy in all aspects and administer waiver policy

Qualifications: - 3 – 5 years’ experience in a management role and administration - Experience in an indoor playground/recreational community and/or hospitality an asset - Experience working with kids/babies - University/college education required - Computer literacy in Internet, Email, MS Office, Social network - Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, able to work well n a team - Effective organizational and time management skills - Flexibility, open to work weekends and holidays Compensation: Salary: 800$-1000$ commensurate with experience Vacation: 12 days As this is a kids-oriented facility we look to our staff to express a natural enthusiasm for kids and recreation.
