** Position Summary: • Managing a province and plays a pivotal role in achieving the sales targets and eventually generates revenue for the organization • Leading and delivering the agreed volumes and profits for the province, by implementing and managing all sales and brand activities through effective and efficient execution plan to ensure the Perfect Execution Standard

• Able to speak Chinese • Preferably a minimum of 5 years in a FMCG environment with at least 2 years Supervising experience in managing Sales teams • Experience and knowledge with types of promotions and mechanics in NCP, Wedding, Wholesaler, and retailer segments • Strategic thinking, organizing, planning, control, and execution skills • Analytical and numerical skills • Assertive, self-confident and matured with good problem-solving skills • Good presentation and computer skills • Good communication skills, interpersonal and networking skills • Valid driving license ** Closing Date: 31 December 2020 We offer attractive remuneration, and other benefits with career development opportunities.
