** Position Summary: • Covering outlets by assigned areas and Distributors. • Effective implementation of Picture of Success (PICOS), national and localized promotions in designated market area/outlets by ensuring all sales/brand activities are properly carried out according to the 5Ps standards.

• Able to speak Chinese • Minimum Secondary School/Certificate holders • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in selling FMCG products • Experience and knowledge with types of promotions and mechanics in NCP, Wedding, Wholesaler, and retailer segments background are highly preferred • Enthusiastic, Passionate, and committed to achieving results • Integrity, Self-Discipline, Trustworthy and reliable • Good communication skills both Spoken and Written (English & Khmer) • Good in Industrial Network, negotiation skill, and problem-solving skills • Able to think fast on the feet and adaptable and receptive to changes • Analytical and numerical skills
