Description: We are looking for a dynamic, high performing video producing with experience in photography, videography, and video editing. The ideal candidate is a dynamic storyteller who has a passion for behavior change, a history of directing, and is capable of editing media in an accelerated timeline.

Requirement: •Oversee a video post-production task which includes reviewing footage, making editorial decisions, rough cuts, audio adjustment, color correction, & final editing using Adobe Premiere •Capture and review of still photos on-site to ensure that the creative objectives were achieved •Capture and review of audio/video content to ensure creative objectives were achieved •Collaborate with ideation, designers and other post specialists to manage workflow, deliver creative content and uphold Rescue’s standards •Deliver creative, high-quality video content while maintaining the original vision of stakeholders. •Lead a project from concept through distribution on your own or as part of a small production team. •Communicate with team members and customers on a shoot, in pre-production and throughout editing and delivery •Create exciting content with quick turnaround requirements •Innovate and think of new creative ways to tell a story through the lens and in edit •Edit cohesive video with graphics, visual effects, titles, music and sound editing •Has a strong understanding of the importance of music in the art of storytelling •Is capable of creating a shot by shot rough storyboard based off of a script •Integrate animation, graphics and motion effects in post-production •Provide expertise with all aspects involved in video shoots including arranging for studio space, talent, objects, audio/sound recording and lighting •Apply After Effects knowledge for lower thirds and end tags •3D animation effect will be a plus.
