** Role Summary Reporting directly to the Country Manager, Cambodia and in close collaboration with Marketing, the incumbent is responsible for promoting Legrand Products on Cambodia Retail Markets including but not limited to: Retailers, DIY shops and Electronic shops. ** Role Responsibilities - Acquire deep knowledge of Legrand Products for Cambodia Retail Markets - Understand the profile and buying needs of customers, Electrical Retailers, DIY shops and Electronic shops to expand Legrand’s support and businesses in the Retail Market - Work closely with Marketing to deploy promotional campaigns - Work closely with Marketing and Retailers to promote sales of Legrand Products - Ensure Legrand products are well positioned at POS at all times through regular site visits - Monitor Legrand products which are not fast moving and slow-moving items and update Country Manager, Cambodia - Periodically promote specific products in alignment with Company’s strategic focus - Be updated in terms of company products and competitor products present on market (promotions/discounts/gifts /price, etc.) - Provide professional customer service/support to customers who require assistance, e.g technical products information, installation guidelines, technical usage etc,- direct to Technical Support team if needed - Any other duties as and when required

- Minimum Diploma in Sales, Marketing or equivalent - Experience in Sales / Merchandising / Marketing / FMCG / DIY / Retail is a plus - Proficient in MS Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point and Email) - Good command of English and Khmer is a must with excellent communication skills (written and verbal), internally and externally - Independent and highly energetic and fast learner, able to absorb knowledge fast, on both business and technology - Excellent team player with an eye for team collaboration and team achievements - Ability to travel to provinces on a monthly basis (short stay of 2/3 days) - Possess valid driving licence and own transport (e.g. motorbike)
