** Role Summary The incumbent is responsible for executing all technical and sales support activities for Legrand Product Lines, including but not limited to pre and after sales service to System Integrators, Consultants, Developers and Government customers with proper solutions to fulfil customer satisfaction in order to maximize sales revenue and optimize distribution values. ** Role Responsibilities - Supports Sales Team in pre and post sales activities in terms of technical support including: * reviewing BOQ, design, making quotations, updating Saleforce.com, exploring new leads/opportunities * technical presentations, demo to System Integrators, Consultants, Developers, Government customers & all Stakeholders * Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions - Answer clients and end-users incoming requests, phone, websites, social media, walk-in, etc. - Collaborate with Sales Team to understand customer requirements and to provide sales support - Liaise with Regional & Group experts for technical validation, and project management purpose. - Provides training on the job sites, products and services demonstration - Uses company tools and procedures for troubleshooting, testing and commissioning, and maintenance - Specify the products with major Consultants & Stakeholders and process approvals on his own as support to the Sales Team - Participate in Company’s internal or customer meetings as a Technical Consultant. - Contribute technical knowledge to assist on marketing matters, such as catalogue, price list, launching, exhibition setup, etc. - Be updated in terms of company products and competitor products present on market

- Minimum Bachelor & Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar - Minimum 2 years’ experience in electrical contracting industry/environment - Proficient in MS Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point and Email) - Good command of English is a must with excellent communication skills (written and verbal), internally and externally - Highly energetic and fast learner, able to absorb knowledge fast, on both business and technology - Strong customers-focus, an advocate of excellent customer service
