• To be responsible for the efficient management and execution of logistics strategy and operations to deliver operations excellence in supporting the company business objectives. • To set the strategic planning of the organization by developing short-to-medium range plans for the department from the long range plans of the organization • To ensure Planning, Warehousing and Distribution tasks are well plan and coordinated, which primarily involves end-to-end Logistics, encompassing distribution operations and inbound/outbound transportation planning and management in support of the operations of an organization • To ensure that materials and semi-finished articles are supplied on time with the appropriate quality and in the accurate quantity to support the brewery and assure the prompt delivery of finished products to distributors and customers. • To execute all logistics activities according to plan, monitor variations and react in a timely and effective way • To lead the organization to incorporate customer needs and commercial strategy within logistics processes and decisions • To be responsible for manpower development in their area of responsibility; providing training, coaching, and developing the logistics team in the execution of the warehousing and transportation strategies. • To ensure Safety, Health and Quality is maintained in accordance to the Policy by conducting regular audit. • To report logistics performance and improvements in a clear and comprehensive way to support decision-making • To be e responsible for the planning and executing the budget of the logistics department in cooperation with Finance, and ensuring adherence to budgets. • To manage and monitor the execution of the contracts with LSPs to guarantee the required level of service and cost, in line with the defined logistics strategy.

• Master/Bachelor Degree of Business or Logistics & Supply Chain Management or relevant fields • At least 8-10 years’ experience in Planning, Warehousing and Distribution management in FMCG environment • Strong Leadership, Communication • Sound knowledge of Best Supply Chain & Logistics practices • Organized, accurate in reporting • Positive working attitude and high initiative and creative • Good team spirit and attentive, observant and disciplined
