- Book keeping expense and revenues - Petty cash controller - Manage payment voucher, Journal Voucher & Official receipt - Control account receivable & payable - Spearheading annual forecasting and budgeting planning process - Oversee cash forecasting report and managing the business unit's liquidity position - Ensure compliance with local as well as group financial reporting standards - Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and banker - Compliance with local regulatory reporting and tax reporting requirements - Financial Statement preparation - General office, Administration work and HR work - Other tasks assigned by the management

- Degree holder in accounting or equivalents from recognized university/ technical institute - Proficiency in Microsoft office - Good in English language - Familiar with local tax monthly submission - Min 4-7 years working experience; preferably in property development, project or construction industry
