• Ensure operational workflow meets required manufacturer warranty and work procedures • Ensure workshop operations are in compliance with safety regulations and work instructions • Manage and review the work performance of workshop and front line staff • Handle customer feedback effectively, previous experience and proven track record in delivery of excellent customer service experience.

Jobs Requirement

• 2 or 3 years experiences in a managerial capacity • Management/Leadership • Pod command of English language (verbal and writer) • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
