Duties & Responsibilities: The primary responsibility of a Junior Marketing Officer is to propose strategic plans and implementing those plans to meet the sales goal. Setting and Monitoring All marketing plans and materials. Assist the Marketing manager and completed all assigned tasks in a timely manner. Create marketing campaigns and other marketing activities to build brand awareness - Preparing, planning, and managing the distribution of the marketing materials(Leaflets, Banners, Parasol, Etc.) - Preparing and managing Advertising Schedule for an advertising agency. (Media advertising, Radio, Magazine, .etc.) - Monitoring media planning and media contracts with suppliers. - Creating and developing new advertising concepts and drafting artwork to deliver the message to the target customers. - Do the marketing budget planning - Updating and evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity. - Preparing research and survey to develop and implement new marketing projects and promotions.

Qualification & Requirement: • Graduated BBA or MBA degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or related field. • More than 2-year experience in Management Role in Marketing and Sales • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including project, Word Excel Outlook, • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Independent judgment and decision-making ability • Excellent communication skill, negotiation skill, and leadership skill • Action-oriented and results-driven • Extensive knowledge of Sales Planning, Understanding the Customer, Product Development, Client Relationships, Creative Services • Possess strong problem solving, interpersonal, and Competitive analytical skills.
