A. Import Department – both air & sea (4 Operations staff) Back up PIC: Head of Import A1. Directly handle request for quotation / Sales / Customer Service and daily shipments’ follow up, for shipments routes by network A 2. Manage escalation in communication with network, Sales, and other department to secure correct flow of both information and documents. A 3. Manage daily follow up of the shipment of the other team’s staff and In-house consolidation service B. Export Department – both air & sea (4 Operations staff) Back up PIC: Head of Export B 1. Supervise the communication with shippers, Carriers, Trucking companies, Field operations, network, Sales, to secure correct documents and information flow B 2. Manage the handling of the routing order with our worldwide network and handling of the local traffics in collaboration with the Customer Service and Sales C. Warehouse Team – 1 supervisor + 4staffs Back up PIC: Warehouse supervisor C 1. Ensure cargoes receiving properly C 2. Ensure all loading (stuffing / un-stuffing) are properly base on customer requirement and no any cargo lose. C 3. Ensure cargoes delivery and handle over to customer properly and timely D. Optimizes and controls the P&L D 1. Managing operation cost to Maximize Job file Profitability D 2. Analyzes the Operations needs and proposes financing plans (if needed) D 3. Headcount plans
