•Provide guidance and assist sellers/buyers in marketing/purchasing property for the right price under the best terms •Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities in order to propose solutions that suit them •Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters to their benefit and ensure a fair and honest dealing •Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value when required •Display and market real property to possible buyers •Manage property auctions or exchanges •Maintain and update listings of available properties •Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors •Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors •Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services •Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices •Support in preparing and negotiating Sales/Purchase/Lease Agreements •Build up your real estate business with the company

•Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent field •At least 1-year sales experience in any industry •All Nationality, with any backgrounds are welcome to apply •Familiar with the land prices in Phnom Penh Area •Flexible working hours, can work from home •Preferably with good English and/or Chinese speaking and writing Application Deadline Always Open!
