• Set objectives and targets, establish marketing and promotion plans • Seek new business opportunities to capitalize on the growing business • Formulate sales and marketing strategies to market cassava starch products • Handling of the sales and purchase contracts • Acquire new customers, attend to customer queries and prepare sales quotations • Liaise with banks and customers, prepare shipping and banking documents • Embark on projects given as and when the need arises • Improve existing policies, procedures and control system to align with company’s goals. • Assist the Director to perform all the activities above or other tasks assigned.

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business or related disciplines • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experiences in the marketing of soft commodities preferably in cassava starch or related fields • Strong Knowledge of International Trading rules and regulations, Shipping procedures, Letter of Credit (LC), Logistics and Trade matters • Ability to think out of the box with good problem-solving skills • Effectively bilingual in English & Mandarin (in order to handle queries and to negotiate with English and Mandarin speaking counterpart) • 6 days’ workweek • Reports to Director of Agriculture • Based in Cambodia
