Roles and Responsibilities • Performance significant reconciliations such as bank reconciliations, fixed asset reconciliation, Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss accounts, and inventory reconciliation • Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations; • Maintain the Fixed Assets Schedule; • Help prepare regular monthly and annual tax declarations/filings; • Help prepare monthly and annual financial statements; • Help prepare budgeting reports and forecast revenues; • Help monitor the daily performance of the accounting department; • Track the progress of financial and accounting objectives; • Monitor the accounting policies and procedures, aligned with company’s targets; • Other tasks assigned by Management Team.

Qualifications • Having a bachelor's degree in accounting or related fields; • CamEd Diploma of Cambodian Tax or equivalent school; • Two years proven work experience as an Finance or Accounting Supervisor; • Experience with accounting software (prefer Xero Accounting); • Strong computer skills, MS Office, in particular Excel (managing spreadsheets, creating charts and using advanced formulas); • Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws and regulations; • Knowledge of Cambodian Tax system; • Very good command of both English and Khmer; • Strong organizational, time management, good analytical and creative problem solving skills; • Demonstrated ability to work independently and across different teams.
