- Provide accurate and timely financial information and reports to facilitate the decision making process and ensure success working flow. - Be responsible for the annual budget process; provide -monthly reviews, and implementing Business plans and other programs. - Provide analysis of cash flow, operating costs and variances - Manage and ensure the accuracy of accounting-related issues and is compliance to international standard and Cambodia regulations, in particular relating to implementation of new Cambodian International Financial - Reporting Standard (CIFRS), funds transfer pricing and cost allocation. - Review and comply with monthly tax payment - Control tax plan to meet local tax regulation and submit tax form within deadline - Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements - Financial planning and budgeting - Financial and planning analyze - Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles - Other task assign by Chairman & CEO

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking, Accounting, ACCA / CPA, or equivalent - At least 5-8 year experience in Finance & Accounting in Beverage industry. - Have a good general understanding of Cambodian International Financial Reporting standards and of Cambodia tax law and procedures of tax declaration. - Ability to solve and facilitate the problems taken place in working process - Strong Leadership and supervisory skills - Good communication, friendly and welcoming person. - Ability to change direction in response to a fluctuating work environment. - Good communication, and demonstrated customer service skills - Able to work under pressure and good at team work. - Knowledge of computer application Microsoft office suite - Good in writing/speaking/listening English . **Preferred Skills Finance & Accounting in Beverage Company
