- Attend to all the workshop and site assigned by Chief or Services Manager, repair jobs and complete within standard repair times. - Consult with Services Manager on technical matters whenever it is required. - Attend to warranty and machine down situation irrespective of the time and date. - Adhere to the safety standards by keep the working area clean and safe. - Handle the special tools and maintain them in proper working condition. - Pre-alert Services Manager on defects on tools and machinery. - Follow all the related training programs suggested by the company and principal. - Report the service status to customer and summarize report all service status to chief.
