-Responsible for timely recording all accounting transaction into the system but not limited to Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), cash transactions, etc… -Preparing the account reconciliations -Responsible for all month-end closing activities including, general ledger accounts, balance sheet accounts, overhead cost allocation, P&L -Preparing tax declarations for monthly and annually to the tax department -Substantiating accounting transactions by auditing documents -Preparation of invoices, payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements -Answering accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations -Complying with local and international financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions -Ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time by supervisors

-Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Economics, Accounting or Finance. -Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an accounting role, with preferred experience in retail industry -Technical knowledge of tax laws, accounting standard and regulations for both Cambodian and International standards -ACCA or CAT certificate preferred but not mandatory -Good command of English -Good interpersonal and communication skills -Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Ability to do multi tasks, work under pressure and meet deadline required -Experience working with external auditors, internal controls, compliance-related issues, and Government parties on Tax matters. -Honesty and integrity -Details oriented, rigorous -Knowledge of Oracle is an advantage - Can speak Thai is a plus
