GENERAL SUMMARY​:​ 1. P&L Financial Analysis for Gross Profit, OPEX, Waste and Shrinkage, EBIT and report to Store General Manager 2. Control income, expenses and losses in the company's budget, and if expenses or losses exceed the budget, find out the reason for solution with Store General Manager. 3. Control and inspect operations in all departments within the sector in accordance with company policy and corporate procedures. ​​4. Checking the inventory, fresh food monthly and other general inventories.​ ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS​: 1. P&L Financial Analysis for Gross Profit, OPEX, Waste and Shrinkage, EBIT and report to Regional Business Controller and Store General Manager 2. Analyze the store revenue monthly 3. Plan the cost of each plan in advance each month, and open the PR/PO of store operation expenses, including expenses within past month. 4. Control income and expenses and losses in the company's budget, and if expenses or losses exceed the budget, find out the reason for the solution with Store General Manager. 5. Sales estimate, initial profits, losses, and profits. 6. Check the inventory correctly, the fresh food items , and the general inventory in yearly stock count 7. Coordinate/Assist Store General Manager on financial reports. 8. Control and audit of operations in various sectors in accordance with company policy and internal audit. 9. Prepare Store operation sale monthly reports and perform Review Presentation report to Regional Business Controller. 10. Set daily sales target by departments 11. Report the accident affecting the business such as a new competitor, a flood, power cut, Store opening and closing times, a storm etc. 12. Evaluate monthly follow-up to the EBIT Action Plan and Sales Action Plan to assess how little success the plan has had. 13. Responsible for payment of office supplies and store supplies. 14. Receive parcels and letters from the post office for delivery to all departments within the sector.​ 15. Other assignments require the approval of the headquarters.

Jobs Requirement

1. Age, 25-40 years old 2. Graduated with a degree in management, finance, accounting, marketing, statistics, computers or economics. 3. 1-3 years of experience in retail banking, financial institutions. 4. Learn quickly and be enthusiastic. 5. Good analytical, coordination and communication skills. 6. Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Powerpoint 7. There's a programmatic knowledge. Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Powerpoint 8. Can speak Thai is a plus.
