- Help determine the information system needs of the power plants and are responsible for implementing computer systems to fulfill the organization's information systems requirement - Management of the Company information technology infrastructure, data, telecommunications system and telephone network, and other electronic support systems - Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure related to the company operations. - Management of the Company IT applications software, tools, computer programs, licensing and compliance - Other duties deemed fit by the Deputy General Manager or Management.

- At least 3 years’ experience of IT job related - BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science, IT engineering, or a related field - or equivalent work experience - The willingness to make decisions once a situation or problem has been analyzed, based upon a judgment of the best solution. - An understanding of the processes and issues relevant to one’s job. This ranges from job knowledge to an appreciation of complex internal and external business issues / trends. - The willingness and ability to help others develop appropriate knowledge, skills and attitudes through objective setting, coaching, training and the provision of constructive feedback - Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices
