• Provide administrative and secretarial support to Director • Identify and follow up on further documentation needed • Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks such as answering phones and mailing • Addresses any issues and concerns in a timely manner • Remind management of important tasks and deadlines • Respond accurately to internal and external information requests • Coordinate with both internal departments and external parties • Provide personal assistance to management • Ensure business confidentiality at all times • Arranges CEO’s meeting appointments • Overviews documents before submitting for approval • Performs other tasks as assigned by CEO
