 Make a cold-calls to target customers and secure face-to-face appointments.  Properly manage time and schedule to meet customer’s appointments;  Greet and interview customers to find out their requirements;  Assist customers to find great home or apartments for them;  Conduct CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) and give presentations to customers;  Meet monthly rental and sale target;  Prepare daily reports and submit to the systems;
